Version 2025.2 - May 30, 2025

Seasons of the Worm Cult: Part 1 includes more items to collect and I take that opportunity to add some enhancements to myESO.

What’s New

New Sets from Seasons of the Worm Cult: Part 1
Buffs made it to myESO! There’s an overview of all buffs in the ‘More’-section. They are also visible on every Set and you can filter for them in the view where you can find all sets.
DLC pages will start to get some banners specific to that DLC. This will expand over time
From this version you will receive an alert in the home view when a new version is live
Added a link to the Discord Community to connect with other users (this is an experiment)

myESO+ New Features

Buff Analyzer. The analyzer will warn you when it sees a non-stacking buff (for example when you have two sets that give you Minor Aegis)
Molag Smol is now available as an app icon

Fixes & Improvements

Hunted pieces have a slightly improved layout so scrolling is more natural. To edit a piece, swipe it all the way to the left. The edit button can also be found there. This is also the case for Build Templates.
Set searching optimized: no more slow animations when scrolling through a set you searched
Applying filters to the all sets view has been optimized
The lock screen widget has reappeared!

Lost Items View: Recover Builds and Collections whenever they weren’t saved properly, or the app crashed.
You can literally search for Maelstrom Inferno Staff to get the Maelstrom Staff. Officially this is called Crushing Shock. But I agree, we call it The Maelstrom Staff.

myESO will support sets dropped from the ESO: Gold Road Chapter when the expansion launches.

What’s New

Addition of Sets from the ESO: Gold Road Chapter.
News from the Elder Scrolls Online Official Website. You can choose what news you want to have highlighted in the Home screen: ESO or ESO-Hub. Both options are always available in the News view.
A Build Overview that lets you see what item you have slotted where. This makes it easier to get a quick overview of your collected sets. Find the overview by tapping the Person icon in the top right side of your toolbar when you are inside a Build view.
Home now contains a Character Summary which will provide you an overview of the sets you have collected per Character.
You decide what kind of sets you will see in the Home screen. You can pick from Latest DLC, Liked Sets and Starred Sets. Change this in the Settings view.
Add the myESO Quick Launch Widget on your Lock Screen to quickly open myESO.
Ask Siri to “Play Set Dater myESO” or “Read News in myESO” to immediately go to those views.

Bug Fixes

If you had 2 One-Handed weapons and 1 Two-Handed Weapon collected, it would count as 4 Bonuses. This is now corrected to 2 Bonuses since you can’t equip all those weapons at the same time :).
News will now load quicker since it will display news from the cache first.
Characters are now sorted alphabetically. If this is not something you wanted, let me know. I assumed this would make more sense.

Launch went better than anticipated. After launch we received several crash reports. This update works on improving several bugs that would cause those crashes.

What’s New

You cannot add a new build to a new character in the New Character View anymore. This would cause screens upon screens and eventually sometimes cause a crash. You can still add a imported build to a new character straight away.
